Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and the message you write. There is no newsletter signup, no login, and no comment section.

Your message is sent by email to Dr. Brash's NYU Langone email address so the office can reply. It is delivered through Resend, an email delivery service, which handles it only to deliver it. This website does not keep its own copy, does not add you to any mailing list, and does not share or sell what you send.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, heat mapping, or third-party tracking scripts of any kind. Nothing on these pages follows you to other websites.

Fonts are served from this website rather than from a third-party font service, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited.

The hosting provider that serves these pages keeps standard technical logs, which can include IP address, browser type, and the page requested. Those logs are generated by the host as part of delivering the website and are not used to build a profile of you.

Directions links open Google Maps, and scheduling links open NYU Langone's website, each in a new tab. Once you leave this website, the privacy policy of the site you land on applies instead of this one.

Please do not include medical details, test results, images, or any other health information in the contact form. The form is for general questions, and email is not a secure way to send medical information. Call the office instead. Information you give the office as a patient is protected under HIPAA and handled under NYU Langone Health's Notice of Privacy Practices.

If this website ever adds analytics, a booking tool, or any other way of collecting information, this page will be updated before that change goes live.
